Sharma's was a small but busy tyre shop, dealing with constant customer flow and multiple repair jobs at once. They needed a way to organize tyre stock, create job tickets, and keep a clean record of services performed — without slowing down the counter.
Their daily workflow depended on handwritten notes and job slips that easily got lost. Tyre sizes went out of stock without warning. Customers asked for their service history and the owner had no way to look it up. The result was stress at the counter and a lot of guesswork.
I created a structured service and stock management system built around speed:
When a customer arrives, the staff creates a ticket in seconds. As the job progresses, the status updates. Once completed, it appears in the "Ready" list. Inventory updates automatically with each sale, and the owner always sees which tyres are low.
This simple system brought discipline to the entire shop. No more misplaced job cards, no more stock surprises, and no more guessing margins. Customers appreciate the professionalism — and the owner finally has visibility into the day's work.
