GlowSkin wanted to present itself as a premium beauty salon but relied entirely on WhatsApp conversations for pricing, service explanations, and bookings. They knew that a polished online presence would instantly increase trust.
Customers repeatedly asked for service lists and prices. Bookings overlapped, stylists were double-booked, and the owner had no clear daily view. The brand lost time answering the same questions every day.
I designed a premium service and booking system:
A customer selects a service, chooses a preferred timing, and directly sends a structured booking message. The owner sees a neat schedule and manages the salon efficiently.
GlowSkin immediately felt luxurious. Customers trusted the professionalism, and the salon saw more repeat bookings. Communication time reduced drastically because everything was already clear.
