AromaCraft handcrafts candles but struggled with messy, repetitive ordering processes. Customers constantly asked for scent options, jar types, and pricing — forcing the owner to explain the same details countless times. They wanted a way to make ordering beautiful, simple, and efficient.
Custom orders were confusing for customers and stressful for the owner. Options weren't clearly displayed, price calculations varied, and order details were scattered across chats. Bulk orders had no structure either.
I created a calming, aesthetic ordering experience:
Customers design their candle step-by-step. Once done, they send a WhatsApp message that lists every chosen detail. The owner receives formatted orders that are easy to fulfil. Bulk orders finally come in clean, trackable format.
AromaCraft instantly looked more premium. Customers stopped asking repetitive questions, ordering became enjoyable, and the owner gained clarity in production planning. Custom orders increased because the experience felt polished.
